My name is Simon, and this is my Web site. I'm a creative soul with a passion for art, design and animation.
I've had a strong passion for art my whole life, and Web design since about age 12. In the last few years I've become particularly interested in digital art, comics, illustration, and animation. I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a specialization in Computation Arts from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. I am now a film animation student, working toward an advanced diploma in that field. I currently live in Ottawa.
I have worked as a Web designer/developer and a graphic designer, most recently for the Government of Canada's National Parole Board. In my spare time I enjoy drawing and creating art for my own pleasure, building and maintaining Web sites, and exploring the city to which I'm a relative newcomer. Writing and illustrating comics and graphic novels is also a hobby of mine, and although I'm off it at the moment due to lack of time, I hope to make it a big part of my creative projects outside of school and work in the future.
